How mecwacare Rapidly Deployed DidYouGo

Challenge
The Support at Home compliance requirements for mecwacare meant urgent action was needed to close the gap. Concerns from stakeholders about supplier-adoption and the impact of another IT project were risks that needed to be carefully management. Critically, the BAU team needed to be shielded until the new processes could be embedded.
Solution
In partnership with Blue Bike Solutions, mecwacare kicked-off a "start small" operational proof-of-concept project to develop the new business processes needed to make Service Confirmation scalable, efficient and low-impact. Working closely with two friendly suppliers, within 2 weeks mecwacare were receiving their first Service Confirmation data. The success of the project has led to fully integrating DidYouGo for maximum efficiency and minimum operational overhead, in preparation for the full scale roll-out.
Results
Within weeks the team were seeing the benefits of the new process. Workers in the community were able to register themselves with little-to-no onboarding support. Blue Bike's Customer Success Manager ensured the project was delivered on-time and took a hands-on role in ensuring the team were confident with the new way of working. In the first month, over 40% of workers were consistently checking-in and those adoption results keep improving each week.
"Our suppliers are a really important part of our client's care teams and we had to find a solution that made life easy for them, and for us. DidYouGo avoids the hassle of managing a list of contractors just to let someone check-in, something that was really important to us. We knew a mobile app wouldn't work, so the QR code system is perfect."
